This morning i received an email from a friend whom i have not been in touch with since quite some time.I was pleased to say the least.But the mail was not what i thought it would be.
It didn't have any greetings, any salutation for me 'only'..I was invited to visit some link, like 100 other invitations from some or the other guys around selling hair treatment,honeymoon package and few other products i deem unfit for mentioning here .
But i didn't take long enough to realize that it was something different than those overrated intruding mails.It was an invitation to visit her blog.Blog !! Ahaa..so she has already created one..well, why am i never the one doing something first..hmm.I thought i'll ponder about it later and visited the blog.
And i can only thank her for having written it before me.
Have you ever felt that you like or dislike a place, person or thing in the first few seconds, minutes or hours itself,the duration mentioned, depending upon the subject?
Her blog made me feel great about having being written and having been read by me.I in matter of seconds fell for writing blog and having one for myself.I decided, i'd write one for me :-)
Let me admit , i do not have anything in particular in my mind to write here.This piece will never earn me any good word but trust me here,neither the intention is that.There is something else for which i am writing this, there is something else which is making me write this.It's not the words trying to pop out from my brain which i want to share with the world,nor do i am in any illusion about my writing skills.It is something else which is making me write this, that 'something else' is an urge, It is an urge to write "My first blog"
